Ten en cuenta<br \/>que por ser avanzado es necesario contar con algunos elementos<br \/>como mancuernas, bandas el\u00e1sticas, balones medicinales, sogas,<br \/>fitball, colchoneta, rueda abdominal o discos de peso.<\/p><p>La dosificaci\u00f3n de la rutina se da de acuerdo al objetivo que vayas a<br \/>trabajar y a un previo desarrollo de la capacidad aer\u00f3bica<br \/>(acondicionamiento) y manejo de las cargas en el nivel medio.
